i think i have grown alot in some ways.
i am further down in my splits (got the left block almost double & almost have the right block)
i am also a faster spotter & so i can turn faster.
i still need to work on right turns & SIDE LEAPS >:-{} hahaha

i don't think people really use that phrase anymore because back then dance was a lot bigger than it is today. back then that was one of the main forms (of not THE main form) of entertainment. now sports are bigger. so people may ask you "what sport do play" instead of "what do you dance" i think dance is a big part of many people's lives but that phrase just isn't used anymore.

i always thought that a pound of muscle weighed more than a pound of fat... i know... kind of stupid since a pound is a unit to measure weight. but the concept is correct. muscle is more dense than fat... therefore, a pound of fat has a bigger mass than a pound of muscle. so someone who has a bigger fat content may weigh less than someone who is smaller because the slightly smaller person may have more muscle; so they may weigh more.

how to accomplish my goals...
goal 1 (don't be lazy) i am going to try to have more energy & smile cause its really hard to do you're best when you have a mad/annoyed face on
goal 2 (splits) first of all... i just need to stretch really well before dance & before running. that way i will be more stretched out. i also need 2 spend a lot of time stretching while i watch TV and also just do splits in my room & stuff.
goal 3 (side leap) i need to remember to turn out my back leg. i also need to think about making it a split in stead of thinking about just not falling & hurting stuff... that's what usually happens though.

goal 1- i want to try my best instead of being lazy. i want to give 100% so that i can get better.
goal 2- i want to be able to do my right split with 1 block and my left split with 2. and be able to do my center split.
