how to accomplish my goals...
goal 1 (don't be lazy) i am going to try to have more energy & smile cause its really hard to do you're best when you have a mad/annoyed face on
goal 2 (splits) first of all... i just need to stretch really well before dance & before running. that way i will be more stretched out. i also need 2 spend a lot of time stretching while i watch TV and also just do splits in my room & stuff.
goal 3 (side leap) i need to remember to turn out my back leg. i also need to think about making it a split in stead of thinking about just not falling & hurting stuff... that's what usually happens though.
